“I had a spa treatment on my first day at the hotel. While the masseuse was great, the spa itself was located in a dark, cold basement that detracted from the overall experience. However, I later discovered nearby spas like Serene Spa with a more relaxing environment with much better temperature control during treatments.” view full review
